Bowling,
I'm still really bad in it. T.T
Went for a game of bowling today with Alex, Chien Aun and Sze. On a brighter note, At least The ball went forward and not backwards=_=

Woke up this morning with an aggravated sore throat. I couldn't talk without sounding like some alien from mars.

Had some fries at Carl's Junior. Oh yeah! There goes my throat. The burger is still here with me though. Planning to eat it later on.

Bought some J.CO doughnuts. :)

Just here for a quick one. Till then:) XOXO

I just came back from the Backstreet Boys concert. Yes I know that they are a boy band =_=. The concert was pretty good. It started a little boring. Got everyone jumping and dancing along with their old tunes at the middle of the concert and ended well. I'm pretty tired right now. T.T

I had a disastrous night yesterday. Thank god the fever is all over except for a bad throat and cough.

I'm just here to post out some pictures.
Till then, Take care everyone:)

John Mayer-Your body is a wonderland
I really like this song.

Ahh yes. I'm sick. Just great. T.T
Oh boy and the *kind* neighbor from upstairs of mine is making so much of noise. Grr. They seems to be moving stuff every single day since day one of me shifting in. It was pretty creepy the other day because I heard shrilling screams of a women, loud footsteps and banging noises coming from upstairs. I wonder who lives upstairs above my room. Hmm....

The unbelievably long four months holiday of mine have officially ended on Sunday. I had a blasting time at Sunway lagoon with Phillip, Zhen Yang and Sze. The rides were fantastic especially the flume ride:) Spent the whole day there trying on rides from the dry, wet and extreme park. I guess the company was great. *smiles I still suck in pool T.T

Monday was a pretty tiring day. Had 3 lectures. Feel asleep at the last half an hour of the screening of Napoleon Dynamite. The movie is pretty silly. :o

Had some rest in the afternoon with a packet of caprisonne and the internet. Managed to cath Alvin and the chipmunks and a sappy korean romance film yesterday night. Alvin and the chipmunks is absolutely adorable. Pretty enjoyable. As for the korean film, err... yeah typical . Somebody dies and somebody cries. =_= hahaha

Had no class today. Supposed to go over to My grandparents but there was a slight change of plans. Dad came over to KL to pass me some of my expanded belongings. Had to get 2 novels from borders for Authorship.

1:The lover by Marguerite Duras
2: Aunt Julia and the script writer by Mario Vargas Llosa

Authorship sure is frightening T.T with countless of readings.

Alright thats about it. I should get some rest. Going for Film studies tutorial and a concert tomorrow. Take care everyone:)

I just finished watching Juno and boy it is a nice film. There are several scenes that would make people go awhh.... or ahh.... It definitely is a combination of romance, life issues, friendship and family love. Great recommendation Selina:) I'm giving it an 8 out of 10.

Here are some quotes from the movie:
Juno Macguff: I think I'm, like, in love with you.

Paulie Bleeker
: You mean as friends?

Juno Macguff: No, I mean, like, for real. 'Cause you're, like, the coolest person I've ever met, and you don't even have to try, you know...
Paulie Bleeker: I try really hard, actually.

Juno Macguff: As far as boyfriends go, Paulie Bleeker is totally boss. He is the cheese to my macaroni.

Juno Macguff: My heart starts pounding everytime I see you.
Paulie Bleeker: Me too

Ahh sweet love:)

Taylor Swift-Teardrops on my guitar

No doubt,

There are people who talks behind my back, spread rumors about me and don't really like me. It never really bothers me that much. I don't have to prove myself to everyone and of course, I don't expect the whole world to like me because I already have great people in my life who makes me smile. These are the people who trust me and believe in me and this proves to be the biggest reason of me, being strong.:)

This is for all you evil people:

LOL:P

My sister posted this video on youtube. Little Joshua is such a sweet heart:) Erm.. This is My little bro doing his little gig. HAHA! The chicken song

Childhood:
Lets just say that the once little Karina is not so little anymore. She's nineteen but often spend time reminiscing how beautiful her childhood was. No doubt she was just like any other girls who had her crush on boy band members, she spends her time playing dress up, she spends her time imagining and creating, she spends her time thinking about how great the adulthood would be, she spends her time searching for her own identity and most importantly, she spends her time learning from her surrounding.

She used to listen to songs and often sings to the top of her lungs tunes by the backstreet boys and spice girls. She used to impersonate members of the spice girls along with her sister and her friend. They often perform just because they enjoyed having fun building their tiny little friendship into something bigger. She used to enjoy looking at fancy toys commercials and wishing that she owns them. She used to enjoy following her friends back home right after school just to have some fun but ended up getting reprimanded for being too playful and not informing. She used to love watching classic Disney cartoons and so many other kinds that kids usually watches. She used to watch power rangers and had a crush on the white guy (The leader) (Yes I know=_=) She used to play dress up. She used to play with her cooking set. She used to impersonate all jobs she can think of. She used to come out with strange dishes.

Oh yeah, I just revealed my childhood right here on my blog. Trust me. I did the craziest stuff during my childhood but I had a great childhood. The life cycle works this way (you grow older each year) Time passes fast but memories are always there for you to hold on to.

Fetched baby Christina back from tuition, to school and back home. Just another typical boring day.

I'll come back for more. Till then, tale care everyone:)

Beautiful song with beautiful lyrics
Christina Aguilera-Save me from myself

It's not so easy loving me
It gets so complicated
All the things you gotta be
Everything's changing
But you're the truth
I'm amazed by all your patience
Everything I put you through

And when I'm about to fall
Somehow you're always waiting with
Your open arms to catch me
You're gonna save me from myself
From myself, yes
You're gonna save me from myself

My love is tainted by your touch
Well some guys have shown me aces
But you've got that royal flush
I know it's crazy everyday
Well tomorrow may be shaky
But you never turn away

Don't ask me why I'm crying
'Cause when I start to crumble
You know how to keep me smiling
You always save me from myself
From myself, myself
You're gonna save me from myself

I know it's hard, it's hard
But you've broken all my walls
You've been my strength, so strong
And don't ask me why I love you

It's obvious your tenderness
Is what I need to make me
A better woman to myself
To myself, myself
You're gonna save me from myself

Throughout this whole week. I Spent 3 days watching 3 different films from the same cinema. These are the movies:

1: Kung Fu Dunk

I had to accompany my mother the other day because she have the sudden cravings for movies. It was not a great film but there are certainly some pretty adorable Jay Chou moments. There were definitely some hilarious scenes. Other then that, the storyline is pretty unrealistic. Overall, It's just an average film. I'll give it a 5.5 out of10

2: CJ7

The little dog creature certainly is one cute little thing. :) Storyline might be a little silly but there are moral values hidden within them. There are several funny scenes and some touching scenes. Overall, Not so bad. It's a pretty creative film. It's never easy to combine animation elements into real life scenes. I'll give it a 6.5 out of 10

3: Jumper

I have heard people talking about this movie, commercials and shows advertising for the movie. To be exact, it's just pretty much the same as many other action films where you can predict the plot quite easily( You know: there will always be an antagonist, a protagonist and of course some fighting and love scenes). People certainly love making films of super-human-powers and yes, I know that girls would drool for Hayden Christensen. It is okay but not great. I'll give it a 6.5 out of 10

Oh yeah. I have been watching a lot of stand up comedies and comedies lately. Yes. I do enjoy watching them:) At least it kills time.

Going back to the hectic city again. I have a lot to pack. New semester's starting real soon. I have my first class on next Monday morning (Film studies) (Of all the time. sigh:S) There are some cleaning job to be done in the apartment. Looks like I will have a busy first week in KL.

Alright, I'm watching a movie right now. Take care people:)
This song is really cute. I got it from one of Happyslip's videos

Save me
I feel like I’m goin’ crazy
I’ve got this lady
She’s got me on my knees
I’m saying baby baby please
Don’t leave tonight without giving me
Some of your lovin’ it makes me weak
Somebody save me

And lately
I feel like I’m goin’ crazy
I’ve got this lady
The way her lips just move
The way her hips just groove
The feelin’ I get when she says my name
It’s a feeling that never feels the same
Save me

Coz I found the
Love that's a one of a kind
This time I’m in for it
And I know I’m in just way too deep
Someone, oh someone
Save me now

And lately,
I know I’m goin’ crazy
I’ve got this lady
You’re now that’s all I think about
The next time I can take her out
I really don’t wanna feel this way
But I think it’s already way too late
Save me

I found the love that's a one of a kind
This time I’m in for it
I know I’m in just way too deep
Someone ooohh someone
Save me

Coz I’ve been there way too many times before
And everytime I say it’s not gonna work
Not this time so…save me
Just save me
Somebody save me

Yeah…oh ohhh

Coz I found the love that's a one of a kind
This time I’m in for it
and I know I’m in just way too deep
Someone…oh someone
I said someone….

Save me now

Save me now…

There are a couple of movies I want to catch from the cinemas and a couple of old movies.

1: Vantage Point

Starring :Mathew Fox, Dennis Quid and William Hurt

I saw the trailer at the cinema the other day and it seems rather appealing to me. It should be a pretty good movie.

Thomas Barnes (Dennis Quaid) and Kent Taylor (Matthew Fox) are two Secret Service agents assigned to protect President Ashton (William Hurt) at a landmark summit on the global war on terror. When President Ashton is shot moments after his arrival in Spain, chaos ensues and disparate lives collide. In the crowd is Howard Lewis (Forest Whitaker) an American tourist video-taping the historic event to show his kids when he returns home. Also there is Rex (Sigourney Weaver) an American TV news producer who is reporting on the conference. It’s only as we follow each person’s perspective of the same 15 minutes prior to and immediately after the shooting that the terrifying truth behind the assassination attempt is revealed. (Cineplex website)

2:Charlie Wilson's War

Starring: Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts,Philip Seymour Hoffman and Om Puri

It looks really good.

Based on the true story of how Charlie Wilson, an alcoholic womanizer and Texas congressman, persuaded the CIA to train and arm resistance fighters in Afghanistan to fend off the Soviet Union. With the help of rogue CIA agent, Gust Avrakotos, the two men supplied money, training and a team of military experts that turned the ill-equipped Afghan freedom fighters into a force that brought the Red Army to a stalemate. (Cineplex website)

3:The dark Knight

Heath ledger is in it. Edison was in it. They removed his part after the scandal.

A follow-up to "Batman Begins," "The Dark Knight" reunites director Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale, who reprises the role of Batman/Bruce Wayne. Now, Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organisations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as the Joker. (Cineplex website)

4)The eye

Starring: Jessica Alba, Alessandro Nivola, Parker Posey, Francois Chau, Tamlyn Tomita

I'm a big fan of horror, so... yeah I'll watch it.
Saw the mandarin version. It's pretty okay.

The movie is a remake from 2002 Hong Kong movie by Thai director, the Pang brothers, Danny and Oxide Pang. The story is about a blind girl who finally able to see again after got a cornea transplant. But strange things happen. She begins to see disturbing images in the mirror that send her on a quest to find out what happened to the eye’s previous owner. (Cineplex website)

5:Step Up 2

Starring: Robbert Hoffman,Briana Evigan,Will Kemp, Telisha Shaw & Jennifer Rouse

I'm a big fan of dance movies as well. No Channing Tatum but I still enjoy looking at moves.

6:Iron Man

Starring: Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges & Terrance Howard
I'm sure a lot of people will watch this when it comes to the cinemas.

Billionaire industrialist Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) makes weapons for the U.S. government. While testing of one of his inventions, he is wounded, captured and forced to make weapons for the enemy. Instead, he fashions himself a crude power armour to save his life and facilitate his escape. When he returns home, he revises his armour and finds purpose as the Armoured Avenger, Iron Man! (Cineplex website)

7: The Happening

Starring: Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, John Leguizamo, Spencer Breslin & Ashlyn Sanchez

Usually M. Night Shyamalan makes really bizarre movies. I want to see how this one turns out to be.

The Happening is a paranormal thriller in which a family must survive a global environmental crisis. The film will portray the earth's plants unleashing airborne neurotoxins that cause people to commit violent suicide. Mark Wahlberg and Zooey Deschanel star as an estranged couple who must escape this apocalyptic epidemic.

8: Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull

Starring: Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone & John Hurt

It's a Steven Spielberg movie. I'll definitely watch.

Indiana Jones is having a quiet life teaching before being thrust back into his old adventuring. He races against agents of the Soviet Union for the crystal skull. His journey will take him across New Mexico, Connecticut, Mexico City and the jungles of Peru.

9: Kung Fu Panda

Starring: Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Ian McShane & Lucy Liu

It looks really cute. I'm watching it:)

I Think baby Christina would love this one.

The lazy and irreverent panda, Po (voiced by Jack Black), must somehow become a kungfu master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Set in the legendary world of ancient China, this is the story of Po, our unlikely hero, who enters the rigid world of kungfu and turns it upside down. Po ultimately becomes a hero by learning that if he believes in himself, he can do anything. (Cineplex website)

10: Thank you for smoking

Starring: Joan Lunden, Eric Haberman, Aaron Eckhart

My sister recommended me this film and I have yet watch it. So... yeah I want to catch it

he chief spokesperson and lobbyist Nick Taylor is the Vice-President of the Academy of Tobacco Studies. He is talented in speaking and spins argument to defend the cigarette industry in the most difficult situations. His best friends are Polly Bailey that works in the Moderation Council in alcohol business, and Bobby Jay Bliss of the gun business own advisory group SAFETY. They frequently meet each other in a bar and they self-entitle the Mod Squad a.k.a. Merchants of Death, disputing which industry has killed more people. Nick's greatest enemy is Vermont's Senator Ortolan Finistirre, who defends in the Senate the use a skull and crossed bones in the cigarette packs. Nick's son Joey Naylor lives with his mother, and has the chance to know his father in a business trip. When the ambitious reporter Heather Holloway betrays Nick disclosing confidences he had in bed with her, his life turns upside-down. But Nick is good in what he does for the mortgage. Written by Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

11: Juno

Starring: Ellen Page, Michael Cera, Jeniffer Garner

It seems interesting with a couple of Oscar nominations. I definitely will watch this.

Sixteen year-old Juno MacGuff is the type of girl that beats to her own drummer, and doesn't really care what others may think of her. She learns that she's pregnant from a one-time sexual encounter with her best friend, Paulie Bleeker. Juno and Paulie like each other, but don't consider themselves to be exclusive boyfriend/girlfriend let alone be ready to be a family complete with child. Although she would rather not be pregnant, Juno is fairly pragmatic about her situation. Although there, Paulie really leaves all the decisions about the baby to Juno. Initially she decides that she will have an abortion, but that's something that she ultimately cannot go through with. So she decides to have the baby and give it up for adoption. But first she has to tell her father, Mac, and stepmother, Bren, that she is pregnant. Although they would have preferred if Juno was on hard drugs or expelled from school, Mac and Bren too are pragmatic about Juno's situation. The next step is to find prospective parents for the yet unborn child. In the Pennysaver ad section, Juno finds Mark and Vanessa Loring, a yuppie couple living in the suburbs. Juno likes the Lorings, and in some respects has found who looks to be a kindred spirit in Mark, with whom she shares a love of grunge music and horror films. Vanessa is a little more uptight and is the one in the relationship seemingly most eager to have a baby. On her own choosing, Juno enters into a closed rather than open adoption contract with the Lorings - meaning she will have no contact with the baby after she gives it up. During the second and third trimesters of Juno's pregnancy which she treats with care but detachment, Juno's relationships with her family, with Paulie, and with the Lorings develop, the latter whose on the surface perfect life masks some hidden problems. Written by Huggo

Aiyah crap. I'm kind of lazy to put up pictures of each movie. lol You guys can check it all out from IMDB.com

That should be about it. I'm so lazy to list some more movies. :) hehe So typical of me.

I spent my night at Granny's place yesterday. Didin't really have much to do actually. I ended up spending my time watching Spongebob with my baby brother. lol Yes I'm a big kid and yet I still find such cartoon amusing. Oh well, I guess that don't apply to only me. Everyone have their childish moments or liking.

Hey Actually. I don't really have much to talk about right now. I'll be back soon:)

Apparently, I am a little bald and I have curly hands when I was little =_='' HAHA! Okay You probably won't understand. :P

Anyway, I was supposed to have a mini date today. I can't make it because I'll be following my dad to visit my grandmother. I supposed esplanade and the night view can wait a little :)

To everyone out there, Happy valentines day. Spread the love. It's not all about buying expensive gifts but to spend some time with your love ones.

I like this song:)
Dashboard confessional-Stolen

We watch the season
Pull up it’s own stakes
And catch the last weekend
Of the last week
Before the gold and the glimmer have been replaced
Another sun soaked season fades away

You have stolen my heart
You have stolen my heart

Invitation only
Grand Farewells
Crush the best one
Of the best ones
Clear liquor and cloudy eyed
Too early to say goodnight

You have stolen my heart
You have stolen my heart

And from the ball room floor
We are in celebration
One good stretch before our hibernation
Our dreams assured and we all
Will sleep well
Sleep Well

Sleep Well
Sleep Well
Sleep Well

you have stolen
you have stolen
you have stolen my heart

Watch you spin around
In your highest heels
You are the best one
Of the best ones
We
All
Look
Like
We
Feel

you have stolen my
you have stolen my
you have stolen my heart

Girl: If the radio breaks,
will you sing to me?
Boy: I'll break the radio,
just to sing to you.

I'm the voice you're hearing in the hall, & the greatest miracle of all is how I need you& how you needed me too.

Let's run away to a place where
the air tast
es like rain
and the sun shines like Sunday morning.
You bring your laugh and I'll bring
my sense of humour and
we can taste the days,
one week after another.

Although I said it before that I have probably lost the new year mood this year. It simply did not hit me until the first day of new year. *laughs Honestly, I had an absolutely marvelous new year to be exact. As usual, The Ng family spent a total of two nights at the humble village of Pontian and another 2 nights at the city of Kuala Lumpur. You have absolutely no idea how many times during the holidays I actually travel to KL. It's almost every week to be exact. The best part about chinese new year would be the reunion of all family members. I simply love catching up and looking at how much everyone have grown since the last time I saw them. Looking at how delighted Grandma and grandpa was, it was all great. I just love them with all my heart. So what do we actually do during new year? What else but a little gamble session, some dazzling fireworks display, some catchy new year songs, chat sessions and of course eating a lot. My oh my, I have definitely gained some unwanted fats. Oh well, what is new year without them:) I am an aunt to *counts I don't know how many nieces and nephews. There are so many of them I just can't remember who is who. *laughs It sure was fun baby sitting them. Adorable creatures:)

To all my good friends who have headed to the land of kangaroos, even though new year might not be as great as the one in Malaysia. I still sincerely wish you a very happy new year. Your experiencing a new lifestyle. It's great to learn more about different cultures. Come back after your done studying and have gained enough experience out there. I miss each and everyone of you. Take care:)

Sonia is back in Australia. I'm already missing you my kawan. Take good care of yourself and see you again soon.

Year two in Monash University will be starting soon. I might have scary thoughts about new subjects but come what may. This is what everyone goes through. I accept everything that comes along. Glad that I will be learning new things once again. It certainly beats rotting and slacking at home.

I shall end here. Here are some photographs. There were lots of cam whore sessions. Don't mind me *wink
Take care everyone:)
